We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, along with the ability to manage tenants. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and bookkeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and contractors, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Support the director with daily tasks in and out of the office.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is essential.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures (excel & word).
- GSCE A/O level maths and English
