Team EA / Coordinator - Asset Management
Amazing opportunity to join this hugely successful asset management organisation due to growth in their London office. They are looking for an additional Team EA / Coordinator to jump on board and contribute to their continued success.

Your main duties:
- Day to day support to the Portfolio Manager and teams. Diary, travel, expenses and any other tasks as requested by the team.
- Reporting and calendar updates for the investment team.
- Tracking conference meetings, analyst days, events, etc.
- Tracking earning dates and schedule post calls.
- Tracking key contacts - Brokers, spec sales, sales, Investor Relations lists.
- Schedule corporate access, analyst meetings and calls. Execute meeting arrangements.
- Working with Broker Team confirming conference meetings and schedules.
- Review individuals diaries and keeping ahead of the game, addressing any conflicts etc.
- Process expense reports.
- Business travel logistics and visas.
- Liaising with compliance to ensure adherence with company policies.
- Document management, transcriptions and presentations.
- Able to resolve and action logistical needs.
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested.
The ideal candidate
- Super organised, high attention to detail and resourceful.
- Thrives working in a fast paced organisation, able to keep calm and take everything in your stride.
- Able to deal with last minute changes and priorities and juggle your workload.
- Excellent IT skills and able to pick up things quickly.
- Knowledge of Concur would be ideal but not essential.
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Real team player and happy to muck in where required.
