NQ Family Solicitor

Posted by Realm Recruit.

  • Clear progression pathway
  • Hybrid working model
  • Firm with great culture

This is a compelling opportunity for an NQ Family Solicitor to join an established firm based in Stafford.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary that is open for discussion dependent on your experience. Additional benefits include a bonus scheme linked to the firm's performance, free parking, healthcare plan, and pension. You will also benefit from a hybrid working model with the opportunity to work 1-2 days from home, and you will be exposed to a clear progression pathway.

As part of a dynamic team structure, you will utilise your skills and experience in private family law to effectively manage a full caseload redirected from a team member moving on.

The ideal candidate will be a newly-qualified solicitor with experience in private family law. A team player would fit seamlessly into the existing staff. Networking skills are not a hard requirement as the company already channels a sufficient workflow.

If you're a motivated individual looking to make strides in your legal career within a friendly and flexible work environment, we would love to hear from you.
