Salary: £26k - £32k DOE + Great company benefits

Location: Hove

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 17.30pm

If so, look no further as I have an outstanding opportunity for a Property Manager/Property Administrator/Lettings Administrator to join their busy branch based in Hove.

You will already have a proven background within property management or lettings administration, be highly organised with amazing client management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Registration of new tenants including referencing where required.
  • Consulting and dealing with enquiries from tenants and landlords addressing and resolving queries and concerns to ensure smooth and efficient running of the property portfolio.
  • Scheduling annual maintenance and dealing with all maintenance issues, consulting with Preferred Suppliers, and ensuring all works are carried out satisfactorily.
  • Arranging Inventories, checking in and out and dealing with dilapidations.
  • Arranging return of deposits (including co-ordinating any repairs, cleaning as needed).
  • Regular property inspection to ensure properties are in good order (produce written report)
  • Ensuring gas and electrical safety checks are up to date and arranging renewals.
  • Draft/Preparation of tenancy agreements.
  • Negotiating and preparation of renewals.
  • Issue Section 21 notices.
  • AST's.
  • Ensure all information is up to date on relevant databases for efficiency and ease of reference.
  • Property management.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply.

  • Proven property management or lettings administration experience.
  • Great communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills.
  • Great client management and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive, professional and a strong team player.
