Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented, creative Marketing Executive (circa £30,000 + benefits) to join an innovative B2C leisure business in Hertfordshire with a global presence and a set of brilliant brands with strong market share.
The role is 4 days a week in the office, 1 from home.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the implementation of the national marketing plan and retail content calendar, supporting digital campaigns, key trading dates and local venue initiatives.
- Manage seasonal campaigns end to end, preparing detailed plans and briefs across media, creative, PR, print and digital working closely with in-house teams and external agencies.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager to implement the national media plan, including paid social, programmatic, brand and content partnerships and above the line tests and local media and PR campaigns.
- Support the launch of new digital initiatives either nationally or to local markets.
- Monitor the effectiveness, measure, and report on marketing activities, whilst working with agencies on joint projects.
- Measure results and analyse effectiveness of activity.
- Support on the execution of the social media content calendar, measurement and reporting.
