Working at well know College in Kent as a Project manager to help with renovation and help with projects at the College.
Description
- Assist with the planning, design, execution and monitoring of projects.
- Meeting stakeholders to identify project requirements and timelines.
- Assist with the development of detailed project plans to guide staff members and communicate any changing needs and requirements.
- Undertake project tasks as directed by the Estates Project Manager, such as contractor liaison, quality checking RAMS, SSW's etc.
- Assist with monitoring project performance to ensure a timely delivery.
- Work effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
- To contribute to the management and monitoring of project budgets.
- To support the Estates Project Manager in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Regulations in all aspects of the projects undertaken.
- To work collaboratively with the Estates Team and Curriculum Teams at all campuses to ensure a smooth interface between projects and operational aspects of the College.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
