I am currently recruiting for a fantastic local business with big plans. They are continuing to expand and, as a result, are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team.

General responsibilities -
- Supervise the AP/Billing functions.
- Implement new systems to improve efficiency.
- Support the Aged Payables assistant with processing invoices.
- Responsible for the AP payment runs.
- Support the Billing Clerks with processing of invoices.
- Supporting the month end close with Billing/ AP
- Reconciling, producing month end reports.
- Oversea the month end processes, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Consult with the external auditors.
- Work closely with the Credit Control function to identify and analyse root causes for delays in collection of debt.
- Ensuring audit / statutory compliance
- Co-operate with all staff and consult with clients, maintaining good relationships with outside agencies and the legal community to uphold the Group's image and gain increased support for its work.
- Actively support and promote the Group and all its policies.
- Perform any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job and role.
