We are recruiting for a Technician to join our well known client based in Southampton. This is a hands on role where you will be working with small parts and components. You will be required to carry out cleaning work on products and must have a serious eye for quality. This is a great opportunity to join a highly respected employer where you will be given full training. This is initially an ongoing temp role but there are lots of long term opportunities within the business for the right person.
The role
You will be responsible for carrying out cleaning work on small mechanical products to a high standard. You will follow set procedures and will log all work undertaken. This is a fast paced role where you will be working with small components/parts and will be required to work to productivity targets. Full training will be provided.
Ideal Candidate
For this role it is essential that you have a methodical approach, a good level of concentration and the ability to work to productivity targets. You will need to be hard working, reliable and able to work with speed and accuracy. It would be an advantage for you to have worked within a production or manufacturing environment.
