Customer Fulfilment Centre Advisor

Reed Public Sector is actively recruiting for a Customer Fulfilment Centre Advisor for a Local Authority in Berkshire.

About the role

The role is to provide support for our facilities Management service. Full training will be given.

You will be required to:

  • Provide accurate, timely and informed responses using various communication channels to complex property and Facilities Management service queries, using Property and FM systems such as MRI Planet and other Council systems.
  • Ensure the correct route is applied for complex requests for repairs and actions, checking the correct priorities have been allocated and escalating where necessary.
  • Understand the needs of customers and handling difficult situations in a sensitive way.
  • Use several systems to input and extract information, so experience of using a variety of computer packages is desirable.
  • Assist with other Customer Fulfilment tasks as and when required.

About you:

  • Knowledge of Property and CAFM Systems is preferred.
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including ability to understand and use technical terms and language in a wide range of Property and FM fields.
  • You will have experience of providing a support or help desk function in a customer facing environment, working as part of a team to provide the best possible service.
  • You will have good communication skills and have the ability to deal with a broad range of customer enquiries.
  • You will have a high degree of self-motivation and initiative and fit comfortably in a fast-paced and busy Customer Fulfilment Centre.
  • Experience of using a variety of computer packages in order to extract and input customer and other information
