JOB TITLE: Contract 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer
LOCATION: Melksham
SALARY: £30,000
WAY OF WORKING: Monday to Friday - 09:30 / 17:30
THE SUPPORT ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:
- Offering Windows 11/10 OS support and administration.
- Providing Mac support and administration.
- Delivering 1st and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high degree of customer service.
- Taking ownership of user problems, conducting technical diagnoses, and resolving issues remotely or scheduling an on-site engineer.
