A leading property consultancy seeks a highly organised and proactive PA to support the Company Director. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and successful team, where you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the business.

Role Summary:

  • Personal Assistant to Director
  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Location: St John's Wood

About the Role:
As Personal Assistant to the Director, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support. Your responsibilities will include diary management, travel arrangements, event coordination, and general office management. You will be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues and will be expected to handle all enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

  • Diary management for the Company Director.
  • Booking client meetings, lunches, and dinners.
  • Coordinating company events and liaising with organisers.
  • Arranging Zoom/Teams meetings and conference calls.
  • Booking domestic and overseas travel arrangements.
  • Managing email correspondence.
  • Creating and maintaining property files.
  • Conducting Land Registry and company searches as required.
  • Maintaining physical and digital company files.
  • Updating templates, guidelines, and forms.
  • Liaising with the external IT company.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills. You will have a proven track record in providing PA support, and be confident in your ability to handle a fast-paced and demanding workload. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels.
