We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a purpose-led executive search firm, for an Executive Recruitment Researcher. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to learn the ropes of executive search and make a real impact in a values-driven, boutique recruitment business.

**What You'll Do

  • Support senior consultants in delivering retained executive search assignments across a range of sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
  • Engage with senior-level professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn to assess suitability and interest.
  • Help craft compelling candidate briefs and client reports.
  • Learn how to interpret complex client briefs and translate them into actionable research strategies.
  • Contribute to a high-touch, consultative recruitment process that prioritizes quality over quantity.

**What Our Client Is Looking For

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience working in a B2B or client-facing environment.
  • Exposure to professional services, recruitment, or research roles.
  • An interest in business, current affairs, or sustainability.

  • Strong communication skills – confident speaking with senior professionals.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical – you enjoy digging deep to find the right information.
  • Curious and analytical – you like solving problems and thinking creatively.
  • Comfortable with numbers – able to support pricing and reporting tasks.
  • Tech-savvy – confident using LinkedIn, Excel, and online research tools.
