We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a purpose-led executive search firm, for an Executive Recruitment Researcher. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to learn the ropes of executive search and make a real impact in a values-driven, boutique recruitment business.
**What You'll Do
- Support senior consultants in delivering retained executive search assignments across a range of sectors.
- Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
- Engage with senior-level professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn to assess suitability and interest.
- Help craft compelling candidate briefs and client reports.
- Learn how to interpret complex client briefs and translate them into actionable research strategies.
- Contribute to a high-touch, consultative recruitment process that prioritizes quality over quantity.

Knowledge & Experience

- Experience working in a B2B or client-facing environment.
- Exposure to professional services, recruitment, or research roles.
- An interest in business, current affairs, or sustainability.
