Are you a CNC Machinist/Toolmaker with Grinding experience? Are you looking to join a successful and growing company, who can offer a 4 day working week to significantly improve your work life balance.

On offer is a permanent position with an industry specialist and leading manufacturer of bespoke components.

They are well established and boast multiple sites across the Midlands region. Due to increased business, they are looking to take on an additional CNC Grinder to ensure they maintain their growth.

In this role you will be setting and operating Jones & Shipman machinery to produce a range of products for a large client base. The role is a days based position allowing excellent work life balance and the company can offer training on machinery to get you up to speed and develop your technical skills.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with experience and a background working with grinding machinery. Toolmakers/ CNC Machinists/ Grinders are all encouraged to apply.

The Role:

  • CNC Grinder
  • Setting and Operating Jones & Shipman CNC Surface Grinders to produce components
  • Four day week - working 6am to 6pm, Mon to Thurs, contracted to 40 hrs
  • Overtime available to enhance earnings

The Person:

  • Background in machining - Toolmakers/ Machinists/ CNC Machinists/ Grinders all encouraged to apply
  • Commutable to Wednesbury, West Midlands
