Salary - £12.78 per hour PAYE

Reed is excited to announce the opportunity for an Assistant ITS Support Officers to join the Customer Services Team at a Brighton based University. The role is pivotal in delivering JAMF Apple device management across the organisation, supporting their journey toward Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
Day to Day of the role
- Roll out JAMF to staff users, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Work closely with IT Services to configure and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Engage with service-specific areas within IT Services to support users in deploying the service onto Apple devices.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of JAMF, a vital component for the University's digital transformation.
- Provide information, advice, and guidance on services within the specified area.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships to engender confidence and trust in the advice provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good understanding across a broad range of ICT disciplines, with a strong emphasis on Apple Mac OS and IOS devices.
- Experience of deploying or supporting JAMF in a live environment.
- Demonstrable experience of providing technical IT support, particularly with Apple OS and IOS.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload.
