- £80-£140 a day depending on experience

THE ROLE
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be assisting the classroom teacher with bringing clarity and efficiency to lessons. You will work with pupils on a generic level, however some students may need extra assistance due to their behaviour or academic abilities in and out of the classroom, and will need 1:1 support.
Depending what key stage you feel most comfortable in or where you wish to excel, we will ensure to find you a role suited to you.
- EYFS (Early Years Foundation Studies)
- KS1 (Key stage 1 / Year 1 & 2)
- KS2 (Key Stage 2/ Year 3- Year 6)
- KS3 (Key Stage 3/ Year 7- Year 9)
- KS4 (Key Stage 4/ Year 10- Year 11)
- KS5 (Key Stage 5/ Year 12-Year 13)
TRIAL DAYS
We encourage trial days whenever possible. This gives you a chance to really show off your skills. A trial day is a day you spend at school, working in the classroom for and exploring what could become your new place of work. You will have a chance to work with the pupils directly and the classroom teacher, plus meet the staff and Senior leadership team. Your interview will usually be a dedicated slot within your day.
