Construction Sales Executive
OA are recruiting for a Construction Sales Executive to join our clients award-winning contractor payroll company that specialises in UK and International payroll services.
The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, along with a background in the construction industry. They will thrive in a dynamic work environment that offers strong career growth opportunities and excellent earning potential.
Location: Kings Langley
Hours: Monday to Friday. 9am – 5pm. Office based.
Salary: OTE £45,000 (uncapped) incorporating Basic Salary of £28,000-£33,000 + £5,000 car allowance.

Construction Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims and role targets.
- Generate new business leads by making outbound calls to new and prospective clients, proactively researching leads, promptly following up enquiries, using own contacts and network.
- Proactively identify and pursue potential markets and prospects.
- Meet qualified new prospects face to face, where appropriate.
- Accurately record all activity on Salesforce in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintenance of all-important Company documents and records, kept secure and up to date, using approved database.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Construction Sales Executive - Skills and Experience
- Excellent sales skills via phone and in person.
- Previous recruitment, sales and construction experience is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and results orientated with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
- Focused on delivering a high level of customer service and exceeding targets.
- Construction experience is essential for the position.
- Knowledge of P.A.Y.E. and general taxation is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in mathematics and English with accurate data management skills.IT Literate, proficient in using MS Office, Outlook and sales CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
