On behalf of this organization, AMS is looking for a CIB Voice & eCom Record Keeping Program Office PMO for a 6-month contract based in London (Hybrid working).

Purpose of the CIB Voice & eCom Record Keeping Program Office PMO:

The role sits within the CIB Voice & eCom Record Keeping (VERK) Program Office, responsible for the governance and implementation of Voice and electronic communication controls and procedures across multiple divisions. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory Record Keeping expectations and enhancing the operational effectiveness of the firm's communication monitoring processes.

As a CIB Voice & eCom Record Keeping Program Office PMO, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the VERK Specialist to support CIB Global Markets VERK Program Office governance.
  • Developing and realizing the project portfolio within the Chief Conduct & Control Office (CCCO) of CIB-ITO (IT & Operations).
  • Preparing Executive Level Management Documents for global governance.
  • Managing control and process documentation to ensure compliance and clarity.
  • Scheduling multiple governance structures to maintain oversight and coordination.
  • Owning the Action Log and Change Request Log to track progress and changes.
  • Conducting workshops to monitor and discuss ongoing projects related to Voice and eCom communications.

What we require from the candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience in project/program management within Global Markets and ITO environments.
  • Proven ability to conduct negotiations effectively across various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to understand and lead change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on attention to detail and structured project management.
