Credit Control Supervisor
Salary: £38,000 to £45,000

Office-based, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Hybrid after probation
Are you a natural leader with a flair for finance and a passion for problem-solving? A successful, growing company based in beautiful Southwest London is looking for a confident, hands-on Credit Control Supervisor to head up a small but high-performing team within their accounts department.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Leading a team of three within the Client Accounts department, focusing on both Landlord and Tenant credit control
- Reducing debt levels and improving collection strategies
- Overseeing and improving daily debt chasing processes
- Producing regular KPI and performance reports
- Handling stakeholder queries and building relationships across departments
- Collaborating with solicitors, Front Office and IT teams to ensure smooth operations
- Approving payment runs and generating financial reports
- Training and developing the team to grow their skills and support each other
- Taking the lead on monthly reviews and team appraisals
- Supporting tech-led automation and internal process improvements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years' experience in Finance, ideally with a focus on credit control or client accounts
- Solid team management experience including: recruitment, training, appraisals, coaching and disciplinary.
- A confident, people-first leadership style - you enjoy motivating and mentoring others
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset and strong attention to detail
- ERP accounting experience (Reapit is a bonus, but not essential)
- A background in residential lettings or property finance is helpful, but not essential
- Strong Excel skills and overall IT fluency
- A calm and collaborative approach to change and a can-do attitude
