**Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our installation company based in Medway on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and have relevant experience in bookkeeping.
**Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Working closely with our team to process invoices, track bank account balances, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Managing company ledgers and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Preparing balance sheets and income statements.
- Assisting with budget preparation and preparing the trial balance.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and controls.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate availability to take on the temporary role.
