Prospect Research and Pipeline Manager

Join our client as a Prospect Research and Pipeline Manager within their dedicated Advancement and Alumni Team. With a strong sense of collegiality and a commitment to innovation, our client is seeking a motivated individual to support and enhance their fundraising efforts, focusing on managing research and the prospect pipeline. This role is based in Kensington and benefits from hybrid working (2 days from home/3 days in the office – usually Tuesday - Thursday depending on business needs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a clear prospect strategy with the Associate Director of Advancement and Alumni to support the College's fundraising plans.
  • Proactively identify potential donors and conduct thorough strategic research while adhering to ethical standards.
  • Line-manage the Prospect Research Associate and Advancement Officer (Database).
  • Produce detailed reports and high-quality briefings for fundraisers and senior College leadership.
  • Assist in managing fundraising portfolios for active fundraisers.

About You:

If you have demonstrable experience managing research programmes and are skilled in using relational databases for data management and analysis they would love to hear from you. Line management experience and a strong sense of collegiate working are essential.
