Thera Trusthas an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join our team based in Grantham with Hybrid working - 2 days in the office per week You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £46,548.49 per annum.

Thera trust is currently recruiting for a Senior Management Accountants to join our Finance team.

About the role:

As our Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing stakeholders and operational staff with an effective business partnering service. You will be managing a team of two. The senior management accountants will be responsible for production, analysis and interpretation of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, focusing on improving the quality of financial information and processes as well as building relationships with senior stakeholders, including board members, the executive team and operational staff.

We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join the team with the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified CIMA /ACCA accountant is essential for this role
  • Experience of producing multiple company management accounts within a tight deadline
  • Must have experience of year end, production of audit packs, liaison with auditors.
  • Commercial management accounts experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience of commercial pricing for tendering would be preferred
  • Be confident working under pressure
  • Experienced working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and operational staff
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to interpret complex written and numerical information and summarize in a way that is easily accessible
  • Experienced working with statutory accounts, external audits and group reporting
