Job Duties:
- Assist solicitors with legal research, document preparation, and case management
- Manage client correspondence and communication
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining case files
- Support conveyancing and residential property transactions
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or paralegal
- Knowledge of conveyancing and residential property law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
Minimum of a Legal Secretary Certificate or relevant qualification
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications in legal studies
- Experience with case management software
Working Conditions:
