This role offers £42,317 per annum + mileage and flexible working. Operational Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:
- To manage sub-contractors and internal operatives to deliver a high-quality repairs service to the customers, residents and leaseholders
- Lead in the management and control of budgets for any additional contracts. Take a lead in contract management and manage and forecast expenditure whilst ensuring value for money and continual improvement year on year
- Ensure the effective management, control and monitoring of work carried out by all staff and contractors within the Repairs Service and undertake regular 1:1s, appraisals and inductions
Operational Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience managing people, performance and budgets
- Experience working within a housing, building or public service building environment
