Content Marketing Manager

Role Overview

A fantastic opportunity for a globally minded content marketer at one of the world's leading real estate companies. Responsible for producing and activating global thought leadership, this role supports our World Research outputs for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing approach for our global thought leadership programme, ‘Impacts' and also on the production of key World Research outputs in all formats to key audiences across Savills globally. • Work closely with the relevant marketing team members and centres of excellence (e.g. social media, digital marketing, regional marketing, brand and insights) to ensure we are creating audience-first marketing plans. Own the overarching content marketing plans and the delivery of these.• Lead on audience segmentation and campaign targeting for World Research content programmes and outputs where needed. • Plan and run in-person events and webinars related to World Research programmes and outputs. • Be the key point of contact for agency relationships and create briefs for agencies, creative designers and marketing channel managers to ensure that a project is delivered effectively.• Prepare and present marketing presentations for the business including project overviews, distribution plans and campaign performance. • Manage budgets and spend for relevant projects and programmes.Key Skills
  • Experience within a content marketing manager role, and an understanding of content marketing as a discipline. Ideally experienced in delivering global thought leadership programmes. • Strong skills in copywriting in all formats (long-form, short-form etc) is a must. Whether starting from scratch or editing something written by a colleague, you will have the skill to engage your target audience. You will have an excellent eye for detail and good proof-reading skills too. • Creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. • An understanding of the marketing mix and experience of using multiple channels to activate a campaign, knowing the role each channel can play. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Prioritisation and delegation are key to manage multiple content outputs at once.• Strong analytical and numerical skills. Able to prepare reporting information for management in Excel and PowerPoint, and tell the story of what the data is showing us. • Event management experience and / or virtual event experience (e.g. webinars).• Ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies where appropriate across the group.• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player. • Ability to work calmly under pressure. Flexible and able to deal with competing demands and priorities.• Willing to put forward and advance new ideas to improve our marketing approaches.• Commercially astute with an interest in business and the property markets globally.

Team Overview

The Content Marketing Manager sits within the content and engagement marketing centre of excellence. This is a team of eleven, and comprises of one director, two senior managers, four managers, two senior executives, and two executives.

The team are responsible for all client communications, research marketing and content campaigns across Savills UK. The team also owns the end-to-end consumer and client contact management strategy for both the B2B and B2C businesses. They are friendly, driven and innovative, and work across multiple projects and campaigns at once to champion high quality marketing outputs and drive results for the business.
