European O2C Transformation Owner - Bracknell (hybrid working) - 6-month Contract(inside IR35) - £500-550pd
Experienced O2C Process Owner within a large multinational business? Experienced working with Shared Service Centre operations and BPOs? Have you delivered optimised and standardised O2C process transformations?
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes across Europe. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations while driving process standardisation and optimisation. You will work with both internal teams and outsourced service providers, playing a pivotal role in process transformation and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Lead the O2C team in delivering high-quality processes within set deadlines. Collaborate with outsourced providers to transition to efficient operations. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvements.
- Process Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end O2C process across Europe, implementing consistent and efficient practices. Ensure adoption of the latest technologies and align processes with business objectives.
- Data Quality & Reporting: Develop quality controls and implement key reports to support business needs, ensuring data integrity.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide ongoing training and resources for stakeholders, developing comprehensive training materials.
- Strategic Projects: Act as a process expert, offering insights to support business and project developments.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all governance, SOX, and internal audit requirements are met through enhanced process controls.
- Relationship & Change Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing the impact of business changes on O2C processes and driving improvements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an O2C Process Owner in a large multinational organization, strong leadership skills, and a consultative approach. You are a problem-solver, able to influence senior management and stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in managing Shared Services operations is essential, along with the ability to implement change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
