Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner Supervisor in Whiteley or London to join a quickly expanding private wealth management company.

Duties:
- Oversee daily work and support for paraplanners.
- Keep an eye on paraplanners' skills and training needs.
- Quarterly and year-end reviews and pay discussions.
- Train and help team members grow.
- Create and review management reports.
- Give feedback and spot training opportunities through peer reviews.
- Support with paraplanning tasks when needed.
- Tax calculations and work with advisers to find the best solutions for clients and write up reports.
- Cash flow modelling
- Be the go-to person for technical questions from the team.
- Attend client meetings as necessary.

Skills and experience required:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified minimum, and be on way to completing Level 6
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Paraplanning role
- Strong technical knowledge
- Great communication skills
- Team leader attributes
