My client is a small but growing Accountancy Practice who have a rare opportunity for a Trainee Bookkeeper to join their friendly team based in Seaford. They work with a range of businesses and individuals and offer excellent training and development!
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add to their team with a Trainee Bookkeeper who can support them with Bookkeeping and Accounts preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity to get experience within an Accountancy Practice where you will get exposure to all aspect of bookkeeping for a range of clients.
Duties will include:
- Answering the telephone
- Data entry - working on various bookkeeping software and Excel
- General office admin tasks
- Learning and understanding the basic rules of bookkeeping
This is a great opportunity to gain experience of working in a busy Accountancy firm and to gain hands on bookkeeping experience. You may have gained some accounts experience or this may be your first role from school/college. What is important is that you can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a strong team spirit and a desire to learn and develop.
