Senior Test Analyst (Hybrid)
Position: Senior Test Analyst
Location: Windsor Surrey, UK (Hybrid working, 2 days onsite per week)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm

**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead test phases across multiple projects, managing the end-to-end testing process.
- Create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases, ensuring quality and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with IT and business users, preparing, executing, and reporting on test progress.
- Manage test teams, prioritizing workloads and ensuring continuous development.
- Monitor test progress, report defects, and provide actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the testing process.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
**Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing roles, with strong hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TFS, and ALM.
- Strong technical skills, including API, cross-platform, and non-functional testing.
- Experience with C#, .NET, HTML, SQL, Postman, and SOAP UI.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with development teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience in automation testing and writing scripts from scratch (Selenium WebDriver is a bonus).
