Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for your next role?

The company you will be working for is an established Main contractor with projects consisting of education, healthcare, Ministry of Defence, and mixed-use projects up to £20m in value.You will have exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will assist with providing cost and commercial management support, and will play a key role with support from the senior members of the commercial team in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be working within the Commercial team in supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of cost management
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A passion for construction and a desire to excel in your career
