My client is experiencing organic growth and is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding team. The role involves servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems, including DX splits, VRF's, and VRV's, across London/West London. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and become a key player in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services to our valued customers.
Day to Day of the role:
- Service and maintenance of various air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and communicate with the office team regarding remedial steps.
- Participate in an out-of-hours on-call service on a rota basis, with overtime and door-to-door travel paid.
- Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Attend bi-weekly catch-up meetings at the office and manage paperwork and parts collection as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- City & Guilds Level 2 and/or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- 2079 Safe handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) certification.
- NICEIC 18th Edition preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Diplomatic and sensitive in managing client interactions.
- Proactive with a strong commitment to quality.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet time targets.
- Team player who can also work independently.
