A bit more about the role -
- Variety to recruit across a number of different sectors and experience levels
- Proactively source and engage with candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Interview candidates to understand their requirements and best client fit
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates
- Assist with compliance and reference checking processes
- Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively
