In this role you will be part of shaping the future for this company. You will be involved in all aspects of talent management from networking and contract negotiation to development and revenue growth.
The ideal Director of Talent Management will have a background in relationship building and have access to talent pools. You will be able to report on data and have a history of generating revenue.
