Account Manager

The Account Manager will work four days a week combining customer service, account management, and new business development. This position is with a printing company that produces a range of Christmas products and seeks a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join its to help make this season a success.

  • Customer Service: Answering calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Account Management: Updating account information and advising customers on the project details and processes.
  • Sales: Making outbound sales calls to engage and onboard new customers.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborating with the internal production team to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
  • Identifying and resolving any issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Serving as the primary contact for the project - internally and externally.
  • Supervising and managing a small temporary team during busy periods.

Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: Mon/ Tues/ Thurs/ Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Account Manager Requirements:

  • You must be proactive and take the initiative.
  • You should be good at understanding up new computer systems; some experience using CRM systems is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent phone manner and written communication skills are essential.
  • Work Independently and in a Team: Must be able to work confidently alone and as part of a small team.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or account management role is desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and coordinate temporary staff during peak times.
