Receptionist

Our client based in Leeds are recruiting for a temporary receptionist to start working for them asap. The position is temporary and will be for approx. 2 months.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving inbound calls from internal and external callers
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Arranging meeting rooms when required
  • Using the internal switchboard
  • Assisting with parking spaces when required
  • General administration
