Senior Client Engagement Advisor - Technology & AI

We are seeking a proactive Senior Client Engagement Advisor to join our client's Technology & AI team. This role is essential for advancing client engagement strategies related to technology, innovation, and Generative AI (GenAI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive programme aimed at engaging clients with technology, innovation, and GenAI.
- Ensure maximisation of opportunities related to these areas by working closely with firmwide Business Development (BD) colleagues.
- Develop and enhance client offerings around technology, innovation, and GenAI.
- Ensure cohesive communication, engaging lawyers across the firm with key messaging and opportunities related to client tech, innovation, and GenAI.
- Engage clients through an impactful programme encompassing legal technology tools, innovation, and AI adoption.
- Work alongside subject matter experts to craft and provide external client-facing collateral to showcase the firm's expertise.
- Develop internal briefing packs to assist client teams in conversations about legal technology adoption, including AI.
- Identify top clients and meaningfully engage with them on technology, innovation, and GenAI opportunities.
- Organise legal technology-related events such as GC roundtables to drive client conversations around legal technology adoption.
- Cascade marketing information to partners and client teams to improve awareness and understanding of the client offering.
- Work with the PR team to raise the firm's external profile.
- Set and monitor key success metrics and objectives. Report progress to the Client Tech & AI partner and the programme leads.
- Run regular working group meetings with partners and BD team members to share updates on client conversations, mandates, and emerging opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of BD & Marketing experience.
- Preferably experienced in the legal sector or other professional services with a strong understanding of the legal industry.
- Exceptional writing skills for marketing content and communications.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of technology, particularly legal tech.
