*Well Established Real Estate Group - Head of Marketing & Communications - £50,000-£60,000 - Chelmsford - Leading a small team*
My client is looking for an established marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years experience within marketing & communications across real estate. A key role within the business focused in on implementing the communications strategy!
Some Key Duties:
- Project manage and amend when needed when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans.
- To take the lead on all communications across the business
- To deliver campaign idea's to key stakeholders
- Work with appointed digital & offline agencies
- Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing
- Prepare monthly reports
Experience
- At least 3 years' experience within real estate
