Position: SEN Primary Class Teacher
Class Size: Up to 8 pupils, with 3 Teaching Assistants
Location: Southeast London, SE21
School: Ofsted 'Outstanding' SEN School
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Contract: Temp-to-Perm
Salary: Paid to scale

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with autism and other complex needs.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with TAs and support staff to meet pupils developmental needs.
- Adapt teaching strategies based on individual progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
- Experience with Autism, PMLD, and severe learning needs.
- Compassionate, proactive approach with strong teamwork skills.
- DBS on the update service and right to work in the UK.
