About the Role:
In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on a range of family law matters. You will handle cases involving divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic abuse, ensuring compassionate and comprehensive support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Advise clients on divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic abuse issues.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver holistic legal solutions.
- Engage in business development to enhance client relationships and expand our family law practice.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with a strong background in family law.
- Proven ability to manage complex family law cases effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to business development and client care.
