Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-6pm

Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers entering the showroom with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
- Answer inbound calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments, providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to customers when requested, adding a personal touch to their experience.
- Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area, following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Handle email inquiries promptly and efficiently, showcasing your excellent written communication skills.
- Assist with general ad hoc administration duties, including scanning, filing, and other tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This temporary role offers an hourly rate of £11.50 and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the motor industry.
