In this exciting role, you will oversee the IT Helpdesk by delivering exceptional Level 1 and some level 2 support to users, ensuring seamless operations across the board. You will ensure everything runs smoothly by working within the established procedures and keeping standards high. Your process development skills will be key as you update and create documentation to keep everything running efficiently Plus, you'll manage IT user setup and configuration, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all new users.
