The Role
This is a newly created role for an experienced Ecommerce Operations candidate who is looking for a new challenge.
Some of the key responsibilities will be:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the right product reaches the right customer on time.
- Engage and motivate stakeholders to meet and exceed KPI targets.
- Using data to drive decision making
- Ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in an e-commerce warehouse
- Create a comprehensive Sales and Operations Planning process and roll out across the site

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, in a fast moving ecommerce environment where you will be able to get involved in different projects along with the day to day.
