Receptionist and Team PA

Do you have previous front of house experience and are looking to take the next steep in your career? If so, an exciting opportunity to work as a Team PA with Reception duties, for a creative, well respected business has come up! The successful applicant will enjoy a full time, office based role, in Birmingham City Centre, with a salary of up to 26k!

You will enjoy a role with lots of variety, you will assisting the office manager to ensure the day to day running of the office. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the building, answering calls, organising meetings, managing the directors diaries, maintaining filing systems, issuing invoices, raising PO's and any other ad-hoc administrative tasks required.

You will have previous experience working in a front of house role, preferably within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who has reception or administrative experience but is looking for progression.
