Atkinson Moss are delighted to support their client based in Kings Lynn in their search for a dedicated and experienced Office Manager. The role will involve overseeing the administrative operations, ensuring a smooth and timely function. You will have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, adapting to change as and when required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administrative management including email responses, calls, scheduling appointments and correspondence
- Manage and maintain office supplies
- Facilities management - office maintenance, repairs and external vendors
- Financial administration including invoices, expenses, budget management and payroll
- Identifying cost savings
- Filling and electronic filling
- Document retention, policies and compliance
- Coordinate meetings, conferences and events
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office and IOS
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Able to work confidentially and sensitively when required
The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm (flexibility offered). £30,000 - £35,000 salary dependent upon experience.
