The Role:

Join our Operations team as an Engineering Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving our maintenance strategy forward following significant investment. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will lead the Engineering Team in executing both planned and preventative maintenance activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the site's maintenance strategy within allocated budgets and time-lines.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and driving a culture of safety throughout the plant.
  • Managing and developing the Engineering Team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Providing technical leadership on capital projects and expenditure.

Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on employee engagement and team development.
  • Strong Engineering knowledge, ideally with an Electrical bias and a background within automated manufacturing,
  • Experience in project management and budgetary control.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills to manage challenges effectively.
