Job Title: Early Years Practitioner- Cache Level 3

About The Role: Tradewind are looking for a vibrant early year's practitioner to start in one of our primary schools in September, located in the heart of Camden. The successful candidate will work closely with children aged 0-5, supporting their development and learning through a play-based curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas.
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing information with parents/carers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the early years foundation stage (EYFS) framework.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing inclusive and high-quality early years education.
