Job Title: Early Years Practitioner- Cache Level 3

Location: Camden, London

Type: Full-Time

Start Date: September

About The Role: Tradewind are looking for a vibrant early year's practitioner to start in one of our primary schools in September, located in the heart of Camden. The successful candidate will work closely with children aged 0-5, supporting their development and learning through a play-based curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas.
  • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing information with parents/carers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the early years foundation stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing inclusive and high-quality early years education.
