Job title: Project Administrator
Location/remote: Aberdeen/ onsite with some flexibility
Hours: Mon-Fri, full time (37.5 hours per week)
Contract length: 6 Month
Pay rate: £13-£15 per hour PAYE

Overview
The project administrator will be supporting the operations manager and project engineers on a various projects throughout the business
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly updating systems - SAP, OnePM, Salesforce.
- Creating Project Schedules
- Support/Manage all scheduling & labour planning for workshop capacity.
- Raising of PO requisitions
- Liaising with third party vendors and suppliers, as necessary.
- Arranging Collection & Delivery to/from customers and suppliers.
- Collation and issue of final project reports.
- Financial completion of projects.
- Support workshop supervisor with input of timesheets.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a project administrator role, within engineering or construction (or similar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team player, but also can work on own initiative.
- Good understanding of production planning is preferred.
- Commercial acumen is preferred.
- Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
