About Us: We are a leading company in the construction industry, specialising in the complex and high-demand sector of data centres. Due to internal expansion and recent restructuring, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with a strong background in ground works and frames to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our tendering process, particularly for data centre projects. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in estimating, particularly within concrete works, who can hit the ground running and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the estimating process for data centre projects, focusing on ground works and frames
  • Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates using Causeway software
  • Understand the service requirements unique to data centres
  • Manage and review form work processes and requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Estimator, specifically within ground works and frames
  • Worked on data centres before - not a necessity
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with Causeway software
