Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Cheadle

Remuneration: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Contract Details: Temp to Perm, Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Contract review orders in line with our contract review procedure.
  • Enter sales orders and back-to-back purchase orders.
  • Ensure customer quality requirements are understood and communicated through the business by liaising with SAM, GM, and QM if necessary.
  • Assist in sales activities in the office, including answering telephone calls in a professional manner and addressing inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Maintain scanning, indexing, and filing of contract reviews/orders and other relevant paperwork.
  • Progress all outstanding sales orders.
  • Build trust and confidence with key personnel by acting with integrity, exceeding expectations, and keeping promises.
  • Support stock check including any reasonable duty required.

The Sales Administrator will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team, including the General Manager, Sales, Quality, Operations/Shift Supervisor, Production Admin, Purchasing, Finance, and Customers. This role is ideal for candidates who have a natural ability for sales and administration.

  • Familiarity with internal and external customers and their requirements.
