Client Services Consultant Global Residential Sales

Working from our Church Road Richmond office, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing outbound call support to our Global Residential Sales division.

You'll need to work closely with the rest of the Global Residential Sales team, international partners and affiliates to understand their stock requirements and generate leads from our existing, extensive database.

The Hive has been reimagined as the new Client Services Department, fit for the 21st century. This team plays a vital role in Savills long term growth strategy. This role requires a person who is able to build rapport over the phone, learns fast and thrives in a fast-paced competitive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to pitch Savills' market offering to potential clients, establishing and nurturing meaningful relationships
  • Meet monthly, instruction, and revenue targets
  • Source good quality leads
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Upsell additional services to clients and identify value-add opportunities
  • Accurately record and maintain client information in the company's database
  • Collaborate with team leaders and peers to achieve team and company goals
  • Follow all Hive procedures, processes and frameworks
