Sales Executive
Northampton
Monday – Friday 37.5 Hrs.
£24-30k DOE
We have a great opportunity for a pro active and motivated sales professional to join a friendly & welcoming team in Northampton. They are really open to background and experience; they are looking for an induvial that is proactive and willing to learn. Key Duties:
- Maintain & grow existing customers
- Maintain regular and consistent contact with your portfolio of customers and accounts
- Respond to customers inbound enquiries promptly, accurately and consultatively.
- Recognise the opportunity to upsell and cross sell.
- Recognise opportunities to introduce higher margin products to these accounts.
- Onboard New customers.
- Work with the Area Business Manager to build new customer relationships.
- Maximise every lead that is passed through.
- Proactively identify lapsed & lapsing customers and reengage them.
- Develop Supplier relationships
- Involve strategic supplier reps with customers where possible.
- Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers' internal sales teams.
